The hotel is very modern and stylish. Upon arrival you are greeted and accompanied to the room. The hotel is very cozy with her 31 rooms, therefore the staff have good contact with her guests. The modern style of the hotel is implemented in the hotel rooms, with a lot of color. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail! The styling is done by Vivian van Schagen.

FRITZ’S FRAU FRANZI 
The FRITZ’S FRAU FRANZI  restaurant is located in the hotel.

The kitchen is managed by super chefs, with Benjamin Kriegel as supervisor. 

The famous Robert Kranenborg  provides the creative support of the restaurant. He ensures that the dinner menu is always innovative and that the dishes taste great with a special touch. The food is not only amazing, the service is too! They are happy to help you choose the dishes and the wines that best suit them. The restaurant has therefore received a Michelin star. They have been able to get hold of this star a year after opening and that is very deserved!

The menu is very varied. You can choose from vegetarian dishes, meat or fish. There is something for everyone. The dishes are not very big, this gives you the possibility to choose different types of dishes and enjoy all the flavors. It is recommended to order 3 to 4 dishes per person. The restaurant has for the most part German wines and there are very special winemakers to taste, both white and red wine.

The staff is very friendly and service minded. I find this very important and I think many people with me.

The first dish was a vegetarian pasta soup.

The second dish was the ray. I was advised to eat something you have never eaten before. That’s why I chose the ray and I’m glad I did; it was delicious! 

The third dish I got a super tender lamb with different types of vegetables. For dessert we got chocolate and all different kind of cheeses.

After a good night’s sleep, it was time for breakfast..
